Our purpose is to help young people refine their skills, passions & interests in order to develop a path for the future based on their priorities and goals. Through building confidence, reducing barriers, and connecting them to the resources and support they need, we will ensure young people are future-ready.
If we find new ways to support and unleash the skills of Canada’s youth, they’ll launch an amazing future – for themselves and for all of Canada.

We want to provide the most up-to-date and extensive information, resources, supports and opportunities to our young people. We need to prepare parents, friends and caring adults to be able to properly provide guidance and encouragement. They can begin to discover the possibilities, engage in school, build skills and confidence, learn how to plan ahead and make decisions, and be optimistic about their future.
Throughout their journey, we will meet them wherever they are at and make sure they continue to move forward on a path that will ensure their success.
Using innovative tools and strategic partnerships, we will engage youth in meaningful ways and support them throughout their journey.

Use our available tools to help you make informed decisions about your future. Explore and connect with professionals featured in our Career Profiles or learn about a business through a virtual workplace tour. Find out more about co-op or internship positions and volunteer or gap year opportunities. When you are given the resources to succeed, finding the road to a future path is all the more simple and exciting!
FOR EDUCATORS
Our expanding resources for educators allows access to supports that in turn encourage students to take their career planning to the next level. Our growing Speakers Bureau is available to educators who want to bring a professional into the classroom. We will also work with you to arrange a speaker that best suits your needs and assist you in helping your students be pro-active in exploring their career options, set goals and determine how to achieve them.
FOR PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESSES
Join our Speakers Bureau and we will connect you or your employees to career talks with students in the Hamilton area. Submit a Career Profile and allow students the opportunity to independently explore career options directly on What’s Your Path. You or your organization can contribute to a healthy community when youth can learn about and experience many different types of occupations.

What Makes Our Approach Unique?
Our Youth Impact Team members are young adults who want to make a difference by training and mentoring high school students.
Youth Portal
A website for youth, providing information and resources on some of the biggest issues teens experience today.
Parent Place is a website for parents, with resources to navigate through difficult situations and strengthening relationships.
Speakers Bureau
We will connect youth and educators with live and virtual professionals who will inform, inspire and engage.
Partnerships
We seek partners that share a vision of healthy youth and have expertise in education, business and mental health.
Making decisions about the future when you’re unequipped for it and don’t have the support you need, can be incredibly stressful, having a negative impact on mental health.
Therefore, we will give students the support and assistance needed to find networking opportunities, until they are comfortable with it themselves. We will help them discover hidden interests and passions and help them prepare a future path. In the end, our hope is that we inspire and empower these students to also become youth leaders themselves.
