Our purpose is to help young people refine their skills, passions & interests in order to develop a path for the future based on their priorities and goals. Through building confidence, reducing barriers, and connecting them to the resources and support they need, we will ensure young people are future-ready.

FOR YOUTH & FAMILIES

Discover the many options available to you for post-secondary, from college and university resources to gap year opportunities, experiential learning and training programs, plus volunteerism and many more. What’s Your Path will also help you learn about the career paths that interest you by connecting you to professionals featured in our Speakers Bureau.
FOR EDUCATORS
Our expanding resources for educators allows access to supports that encourage students to take their career planning to the next level. Our growing Speakers Bureau is available to educators who want to bring a professional into the classroom. We will work with you to arrange a speaker that best suits your needs and assist you in helping your students be pro-active in exploring their career options, setting goals and determining how to achieve them.
FOR PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESSES
Join our Speakers Bureau and we will connect you or your employees to career talks with students in the Hamilton area. Submit a Career Profile to allow students the opportunity to independently explore career options directly on What’s Your Path. You or your organization can contribute to a healthy community by allowing youth to learn about and experience many different types of occupations. Help them be future-ready!
Making decisions about the future when you’re unequipped for it and don’t have the support you need, can be incredibly stressful, having a negative impact on mental health.
Therefore, we will give students the support and assistance needed to find networking opportunities, until they are comfortable with it themselves. We will help them discover hidden interests and passions and help them prepare a future path. In the end, our hope is that we inspire and empower these students to also become youth leaders themselves.
