Job Description

As Founder & CEO my job really revolves around business development, strategy and managing my team. We focus on designing commercial spaces, and put an emphasis on wellbeing in the built environment, which directs a lot of the strategy initiatives that I am involved in. Basically, it is my job to make sure our vision as a company is clear and that we have the right team in place to fulfill the vision for our clients.

Career Story

Shortly after graduating high school I moved from a small town in New Brunswick to Ottawa. I attended Algonquin College and completed a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. From there I worked in various areas of the design world: government facilities, residential design, architecture and even hotel design! I also became a part-time college professor in 2010, which was an amazing opportunity and I am still involved at that institution today. After working for a few years, I started my business as a side-hustle. It grew slowly at first and there have definitely been many ups and downs, but 12 years since the initial inception, I am so proud of what my team and I have accomplished together
