Job Description

I help people find ways to improve how they feel -both physically and mentally. I offer exercise, treatments, nutrition, and coaching to support personal growth. I offer this as a private practice with adults, and in camps and classes with youth.

Career Story

I have been obsessed with helping people end suffering and feel healthy and happy. I began at George Brown for exercise and nutrition, became a personal trainer and Pilates teacher to Olympic athletes. I have trained top CEOs, and Implemented health programs in Fortune 500 offices, before opening my own retreat center. I built a team of 10, while studying NLP, CBT, and Becoming a master coach. I later sold the business and went to work for Tony Robbins, and an NLP company as a coach and trainer. I went back to school to become a manual Osteopath. I am now pursuing my doctorate in Osteopathy. In addition, for more than a decade, I have spent my summers running a non-profit called Radiant Girls, offering health and wellness programs to girls 8-18.
