Career Story

I didn’t know what I wanted to do until I was in university. Originally I thought I wanted to get into architecture, so I took physics and art in high school and decided on a university program that allowed me to explore both sciences and arts. One of the required courses was logic and argumentation, which I really enjoyed. That’s what got me thinking that law was a good career path for me, and I later took the LSAT and went to law school. I ended up getting into employment law because of the human rights aspect. I articled at a firm focused on employment law, and shortly after becoming a lawyer opened my own practice, which I have been growing with ever since.
