Mark Reinhardt
Senior Designer Mailestone Integrated (Cambridge Ontario)Job Description
As a Senior Digital Graphic Designer at Milestone Integrated, my job is like being a digital artist who uses computers as a canvas. I get to use my creativity to make websites, online videos, social media posts, and advertisements look amazing on phones and computers. I choose colors, shapes, and fonts to catch people’s attention and make them say, “I’d buy that!” I work with a team of mazing people, like copywriters and developers, to make sure our designs fit the project’s goals. I get to solve tricky design problems, which is like solving puzzles. I’m always learning everyday because the digital world changes fast, and I want to stay on top of the latest design trends and technologies. It’s a fun and exciting job for anyone who loves art and technology!

Career Story
My journey from where I started (as an artsy kid) to what I have become today is a simple story of “never being afraid to learn something new every day.”
I had originally gone to university for architecture and that is where I discovered my true love for design and technology. I then went to Sheridan for Graphic Design and Design and Technology and have never looked back. My workplace pedigree of design agencies in the GTA is a fairly long one. I have been everything from Junior Designer to Creative Director but have been able to find my sweet spot of happiness as a Senior Designer.
Having worked on large clients such as Bacardi, Harley Davidson and Tim Hortons, I feel that my real life experience (of 20+ years) and my love for learning would inspire those who are interested in this exciting field.
