I guide my clients to find a solution that suits both party’s needs.

Career Story

After high school I went to University, I wanted to get into teaching however the politics of the position made me think I could do more. I completed my degree in developmental psychology and started working in youth focused group homes, many of these being crisis centers. After many different positions in this realm, I became discouraged with short-term contracts and couldn’t see myself doing this for the long term. I took a position in recruitment and enjoyed the challenge while still helping people. I made a few moves within this field, several of which included managing teams. The field became more challenging with companies going in-house. I assisted several people I knew with their separations and took the leap to get my mediation diploma. In 2017 I decided to become self-employed. This gave me the opportunity to continue recruiting and career coaching while also gaining experience and further training in mediation. I like the variety of the positions I have and thrive when I know I have truly helped someone.
